We need help at the Union Pacific Dining Lodge for the annual "Pie on the Porch" event.
Pies can be dropped off at the Union Pacific Dining Lodge from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM on July 4th.
For volunteering, we need:
10:00 - 12:00 People to start cutting pies, writing menus, last minute setup and arrangements
12:00 - 1:00 Cutting pies, moving pies, serving table setup
1:00 - 3:00 Cutting late arrival pies, moving pies, service pies, ongoing cleanup
3:00 - 4:00 Cleanup, take down tables and chairs, move tables in chairs to storage
We will take volunteers for part of the day or the whole day.
